Associate Director – Field Service

About the role

Raytheon Saudi Arabia is looking for an Associate Director – Field Service to act as the Program Liaison for the THAAD missile‑defence programmes in the Kingdom. The role will coordinate between the Royal Saudi Air Defense Force (RSADF) senior leadership and Raytheon teams to ensure all contract and subcontract obligations are met on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with RSADF end‑users, providing regular program updates and aligning expectations with Raytheon OCONUS and CONUS teams.
• Ensure full program scope, technical compliance and milestone achievement are communicated to RSADF top leadership up to the Chief of Staff level.
• Manage risk, budget and schedule for the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contract with the Missile Defense Agency and future Direct Commercial Sale initiatives.
• Coordinate closely with the in‑country THAAD Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) team, RSA leadership and US‑based program leadership.
• Report to the RSA and THAAD Program Director, driving effective execution of contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in aerospace or defence programme management.
• Proven ability to work with senior military stakeholders and senior corporate leadership.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
• Experience in foreign military sales and missile‑defence systems preferred.
