About the role

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workshop performance, high‑quality service delivery, and customer satisfaction while meeting business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily workshop and maintenance operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and timely job completion.
• Supervise and lead the maintenance team and technicians, providing guidance and performance oversight.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to service standards across all maintenance activities.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and workflow metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Diagnose complex technical issues and develop effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with parts and service departments to secure necessary resources and support.
• Implement safety policies and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Track performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive maintenance with proven leadership responsibilities.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in English (required) for effective communication and documentation.
