Associate Manager, Customer Marketing

About the role

As an Associate Manager in Customer Marketing at Agoda, you will join a world‑leading performance marketing team that uses data and technology to drive growth. You will help design and optimise large‑scale marketing programmes that increase the lifetime value of Agoda’s customers across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad structures, bidding and pricing strategies on platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago, and roll out successful tests.
• Analyse experiment data, build predictive models (e.g., impact of TV campaigns, demand elasticity) and work with product teams to implement insights.
• Create and maintain dashboards, derive actionable insights, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with analysts, strategists and data scientists to continuously improve campaign performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 4+ years of data‑crunching experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity or a strategy/business role at a fast‑growing global tech company.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, SAS, R, SPSS, Python and VBA.
