Associate Manager, Demand & Supply Planning (Temp)

About the role

As an Associate Manager in Demand & Supply Planning (temporary), you will lead the development of bottom‑up consensus demand plans for assigned categories in the Jeddah cluster. The role ensures product availability with optimal freshness, inventory levels and service performance to support market share growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the MBPC process to produce an 18‑month consensus demand plan, coordinating pre‑alignment and sign‑off meetings with sales, CDT and marketing teams.
• Use sell‑out and IMS data to build demand forecasts by category, district and SKU, analysing bias and trade coverage.
• Run price‑elasticity simulations for currency devaluation scenarios and model multi‑scenario volume impacts.
• Collaborate with district sales managers to analyse second‑tier wholesaler data and improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop baseline forecasts for new product launches and promotions, incorporating market size and competitor pricing.
• Generate monthly PIPO E2E plans to avoid out‑of‑stock or overstock situations.
• Coordinate with supply planners, logistics and clearance teams to ensure timely product availability and optimal inventory.
• Monitor KPIs such as OG%, tonnage growth, bias and stock cover, driving continuous improvement in service level and cost.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning; F&B background is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
