Warehouse Operations Analyst (Jeddah)

About the role

SC Johnson is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Warehouse Operations Analyst to support efficient and safe warehouse operations in Jeddah. The role ensures accurate inventory management, smooth material flow, and compliance with safety and quality standards in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse activities including receiving materials and dispatching finished goods.
• Ensure timely and accurate issuance of raw and packaging materials to production based on plans.
• Execute SAP transactions such as goods receipt, transfer postings, goods issue, and shipments.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, including stock levels, expiry dates, and slow‑moving materials.
• Participate in cycle counts, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain FIFO principles, 5S standards, and safety practices, including forklift monitoring.
• Support training, scheduling, and continuous‑improvement initiatives for warehouse operators.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in FMCG.
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong Excel and data‑handling skills.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
