Associate or Full Professor – Entrepreneurship

About the role

Effat University College of Business is seeking experienced scholars to join its faculty as Associate or Full Professors in Entrepreneurship. The successful candidate will contribute to both undergraduate and graduate programmes, bringing innovative teaching methods and a strong research agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in Entrepreneurship using practical, innovative approaches.
• Advance the department’s research profile through high‑quality scholarly publications in top‑tier journals.
• Supervise student theses, projects, and research activities.
• Secure external research funding and foster collaborations with industry partners.
• Participate in departmental and college service, including curriculum development and academic committees.

Required profile

• PhD (with BSc and MSc) in Entrepreneurship from an accredited university.
• Minimum five years of teaching experience at both graduate and undergraduate levels.
• Demonstrated record of high‑impact research and publications.
• Ability to generate research funds and maintain strong industry connections.
• Excellent management, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English.
