About the role
The Associate Talent Acquisition Advisor supports Saudi Aramco’s talent acquisition function by driving workforce planning, creating recruitment strategies and managing end‑to‑end hiring processes across multiple business units.
Key responsibilities
- Develop detailed recruitment plans aligned with workforce forecasting and business needs.
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
- Manage and track numerous requisitions simultaneously across different organizations.
- Utilize HR information systems, preferably SuccessFactors, to maintain accurate candidate data.
- Monitor labor market trends and recruitment analytics to inform hiring decisions.
- Coordinate global and cross‑border recruitment initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or Computer Science.
- Minimum three years of experience in talent acquisition or related HR functions.
- Academic performance with GPA above 3.0 (on a 4‑point scale) or equivalent.
- Certified International Diploma in Personnel Management (CIDP) or comparable HR certification.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SuccessFactors HR system.
- Strong analytical ability using Power BI for recruitment reporting.
