About the role

Effat University is seeking a dynamic academic leader to join its Computer Science department as an Associate Professor or Professor. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing teaching excellence, interdisciplinary research, and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Teach a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses in computer science.
• Conduct high‑quality scholarly research, with an emphasis on interdisciplinary collaborations.
• Advise and mentor both undergraduate and graduate students.
• Participate actively in departmental and university service activities.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.
• Strong research record or clear potential for significant scholarly contributions.
• Ability to contribute to community service initiatives.
• Proficiency in English.
