Aviation PMI Evaluator – MH-60R Helicopter

About the role

The Aviation PMI Evaluator will conduct comprehensive Organizational, Intermediate and Depot level inspections on MH-60R helicopters for the Royal Saudi Naval Forces. The role combines field maintenance support, quality control, and training to ensure compliance with the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) and related technical directives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform in‑depth inspections of airframe, fuel cell, power plant and major components on MH‑60R helicopters.
• Maintain and complete all required forms, records and reports using NAMP and 4790.2 references.
• Provide on‑the‑job training (OJT) for Saudi technicians and maintain readiness documentation.
• Oversee part installation, adjustments, and modifications, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct pre‑flight and post‑flight inspections, troubleshoot, test and repair aircraft as needed.
• Support Maintenance Control, Quality Control and Supply Management functions.
• Assist the RSNF PMI team with technical directive compliance and performance management.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and accountability of the Power Plant Shop and associated equipment.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years experience evaluating major military aircraft inspections or repairs.
• Verified experience maintaining aircraft, preferably MH‑60R or similar platforms.
• Ability to pass drug‑free workplace testing, background check and potentially obtain a secret clearance.
• Strong knowledge of NAMP and 4790.2 documentation.
