Superintendent – Electrical & Instrumentation

About the role

An exciting opportunity is available for a Superintendent, Electrical and Instruments located in Jubail. Lead the Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) team to achieve plant targets, ensure critical equipment reliability, and contribute to long‑term asset strategy development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and promote a strong safety culture within the Reliability team, ensuring compliance with all HSE policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the integrity, reliability and performance of Electrical & Instrumentation assets through monitoring, maintenance and reliability programmes aligned with industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by conducting root‑cause failure analysis, implementing corrective actions and optimizing equipment reliability while reducing maintenance costs.
• Develop and implement condition monitoring and predictive maintenance strategies to support a proactive maintenance culture and maximise asset availability.
• Prepare, manage and control annual operating budgets, fixed costs and CAPEX plans for the E&I Reliability Section.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the petrochemical industry.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets and drive reliability initiatives.
