B2B Sales Manager – Advertising & Media Production

About the role

The client is a well‑established Saudi advertising and media production company seeking a B2B Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across signage, outdoor advertising, vehicle branding, LED displays, exhibitions, digital printing and brand communications.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post‑sale hand‑off.
• Develop and convert pipeline across government, corporate, retail, hospitality and real‑estate segments.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and provide weekly forecast updates.
• Build and protect senior‑level client relationships, identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Coordinate closely with operations and production teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Proven record of achieving significant B2B sales quotas.
• Full‑cycle sales ownership experience, comfortable with prospecting, presenting to decision‑makers, negotiating and closing.
• Direct experience in signage, outdoor advertising, media production, event branding or fleet wrapping is strongly preferred.
• Existing relationships with procurement or marketing decision‑makers in target sectors; familiarity with government tenders (Etimad) or large corporate procurement cycles is a plus.
• High autonomy, strong commercial instincts and the ability to operate credibly with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
