Key responsibilities

• Providing quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers in line with our recipe and presentation standards.
• Supporting store procedures including opening, closing, cash handling, and safety and security.
• Assisting fellow partners during high‑volume periods to keep the store operating smoothly.
• Anticipating and delivering on customer and store needs by getting to know the environment and regular guests.
• Delivering legendary customer service with a “customer comes first” attitude.
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace for customers and partners.

Required profile

• Passion for bringing joy to customers and creating genuine connections.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
