Tourism Operations & Experience Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Tourism Operations & Experience Coordinator to turn creative concepts into memorable on‑ground experiences for our guests across Saudi Arabia. You will join BAN Tourism’s operations team, working full‑time to design, coordinate and supervise tourism programs for government entities, corporates, delegations and individual travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Design detailed hour‑by‑hour itineraries and new experiences that showcase Saudi culture and destinations.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, restaurants, guides and experience partners, preparing comprehensive operation files for each program.
• Supervise program delivery on‑site from arrival to departure, handling any issues calmly and ensuring quality and timing standards.
• Collect guest feedback, produce post‑trip reports and contribute to continuous improvement of supplier database.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability with a genuine passion for tourism and guest experience.
• Willingness to travel throughout Saudi Arabia, including weekends when programs run.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational abilities, multitasking skills and composure under pressure.
• Excellent communication with guests and suppliers.
