Bilingual Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Bilingual Social Media Manager to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will interact with the bots in both Arabic and English, creating and assessing conversations to improve model quality. This remote position offers flexibility in scheduling and project selection.

Key responsibilities

• Design and present diverse, complex problems to AI chatbots and evaluate their responses.
• Assess the correctness, logic, and performance of chatbot outputs.
• Write novel, bilingual conversations to teach chatbots appropriate language use.
• Measure progress of AI models and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with strong writing and grammar expertise.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
• Only candidates residing in Saudi Arabia will be considered.
• Independent contractor mindset.
