Building & Infrastructure Sales Lead – Jeddah

About the role

The Building & Infrastructure Sales Lead will drive business development and sales for construction and infrastructure projects in the Central Region of Saudi Arabia on behalf of Bureau Veritas. Leveraging an extensive network, the role focuses on generating new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Pre‑qualify and register new clients and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
• Visit clients, understand their needs and achieve defined sales objectives.
• Report weekly activities and sales performance to the Marketing & Sales Manager.
• Update and manage data in Salesforce.
• Identify current and future service requirements through strong client rapport.
• Prepare and support the preparation of proposals and bids.
• Conduct market analysis, business intelligence and research to shape strategy.
• Negotiate contracts and build long‑term relationships with contractors, owners and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of business development, marketing or sales experience in construction projects within the Central Region of Saudi Arabia.
• Strong network with contractors, owners and other industry players.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation abilities and client knowledge.
