About the role
FedEx is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive transportation sales within the Saudi defence sector. Based in Riyadh, you will work on‑site to identify, pursue and close opportunities with defence customers, delivering tailored logistics solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the defence and military market for transportation services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Saudi defence clients, presenting FedEx solutions and negotiating contracts.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and quotations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to shape sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal logistics, operations and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a defence or military branch.
- Background in logistics, supply chain or transportation is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Strong business development, sales and negotiation capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
