About the role
We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead strategic expansion initiatives across Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the organisation’s growth in the creative and experiential sector.
Key responsibilities
- Drive business development activities throughout Saudi Arabia.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Support proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Contribute to long‑term growth and partnership strategies.
- Represent the organisation at client meetings, events, and networking functions.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales.
- Strong background in creative agencies, experiential marketing, branding, media production, events, exhibitions, or similar environments.
- Proven experience operating within the Saudi market.
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship‑management capability.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
