Business Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to drive new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a robust pipeline of potential customers. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, highly organized, and able to engage prospects, understand their needs, and create opportunities for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers and target accounts.
• Prospect for new business through phone, email, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct outbound outreach and generate qualified leads.
• Qualify prospects based on needs, business requirements, and fit.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover challenges and opportunities.
• Schedule meetings, demos, and sales calls for qualified prospects.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Update prospect information in the CRM and track outreach activities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams.
• Provide feedback on market trends, prospect responses, and customer needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in business development, sales development, lead generation, or inside sales.
• Proven ability to meet activity, meeting, or lead‑generation targets.
• Strong communication, active listening, and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable working independently and in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote‑work setup.
• Professional, proactive, and results‑driven attitude.
• English proficiency for communicating with English‑speaking prospects.
