About the role
The Business Development Specialist will join White & Case’s Business Development & Marketing team in Riyadh, providing high‑quality research, analysis and process support for core BD activities. The role works closely with BD Managers and senior staff to ensure proposals, pitches and market insights are accurate, timely and aligned with firm standards.
Key responsibilities
- Support strategic planning and client cultivation by researching market trends and client data.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, preparing background materials for BD initiatives.
- Assist with client relationship mapping, track engagement and deliver insights for cultivation strategies.
- Contribute to the preparation of client pitches, proposals and capability statements.
- Maintain and improve BD processes, data tracking and reporting systems.
- Provide informal mentoring and technical guidance to junior team members.
Required profile
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Experience in business development, marketing or client relationship management, preferably within professional services.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with managers, senior managers and coordinators.
- Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
