Capital Markets Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking a lawyer specialized in Capital Markets Authority (CMA) regulations, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and other public offerings. The role focuses on ensuring full compliance with legal requirements when raising capital through public markets. You will provide expert guidance to clients throughout the capital‑raising process.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on CMA regulations, IPO processes and public offerings to clients.
• Draft, review and refine legal documents to guarantee compliance with all applicable laws.
• Advise clients on complex regulatory matters and navigate the legal framework surrounding public offerings.
• Facilitate communication and liaison with the Capital Markets Authority and other regulatory bodies.
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Required profile

• Bar‑certified lawyer with specialized knowledge of CMA regulations, IPOs and public offerings.
• Proven expertise in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Deep understanding of securities law and related regulations.
• Excellent negotiation abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate complex legal frameworks effectively.
• Superior communication skills for productive dialogue with regulatory authorities.
