CFO – International Growth & Transformation

About the role

The CFO – International Growth & Transformation will partner directly with the Group CFO and sit on the international executive committee of a fast‑growing healthcare platform. This senior finance leader will shape the financial foundation required for a public listing within the next three years while expanding operations across KSA, UAE and North Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead the international finance function from the ground up.
• Design and implement FP&A, budgeting and 3‑5 year strategic planning frameworks.
• Serve as the financial architect and governance lead across multiple countries.
• Drive pre‑IPO readiness, including investor materials, regulatory alignment and financial storytelling.
• Lead ERP transformation and finance digitalisation initiatives in a SAP/Oracle environment.
• Oversee treasury, working capital management and investment appraisal.
• Manage and interface with private‑equity stakeholders at board level.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Proven IPO experience, ideally with exposure to the Saudi Tadawul market.
• Demonstrated ability to manage private‑equity stakeholders at board level.
• Strong track record in finance transformation and multi‑entity, multi‑country environments.
• Preferred experience in the healthcare sector, especially multi‑site or hospital settings.
