Channel Store Advisor – Apple Partner Retail

About the role

As a Channel Store Advisor you will be the face of Apple inside a partner reseller store in Makkah. You will help customers discover Apple products, provide expert demonstrations, and support the partner staff to champion the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Apple within a single partner store and build strong relationships with the partner’s team.
• Deliver product demonstrations and educate customers on Apple devices, accessories and services.
• Maintain Apple fixtures, product exposures and merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
• Identify sales opportunities, promote promotions and drive adoption of Apple solutions.
• Provide daily care and inspection of store assets and escalate issues promptly.
• Train partner staff on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of retail or sales experience.
• Passion for helping customers understand technology.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to continuously learn about Apple products.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
