About the role

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our women’s clothing store located in Mall of Arabia. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implementation and execution of the determined plan
• Organization of uninterrupted, profitable operation of the store
• Monitoring compliance with all technologies and business processes
• Ensuring sales growth and cost minimization
• Providing necessary reports in a timely manner
• Conducting all necessary administrative work
• Active use of staff management principles to create a better team
• Motivating, training and improving employees to achieve high results and their development
• Ensuring effective interaction with the central office
• Interaction with external inspection authorities
