Channel Store Advisor – Retail Sales & Customer Experience

About the role

Apple is looking for a Channel Store Advisor to represent the brand inside a partner reseller store in Makkah. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and partner staff, driving product knowledge, brand advocacy, and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Apple within a single partner store and build strong relationships with the store’s staff.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by showcasing Apple products, accessories, and services.
• Conduct individual and group product demonstrations and share the latest promotions.
• Maintain Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising standards according to Apple guidelines.
• Provide daily care and inspection of displays, escalating issues for timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities to expand awareness among new and existing customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail or sales experience.
• Passion for helping customers understand how Apple technology enriches lives.
• Strong curiosity for continuous learning and sharing knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with business partners.
