Channel Store Advisor – Retail Sales & Customer Experience

About the role

Apple is looking for a motivated Channel Store Advisor to represent the brand inside a partner reseller store in Dhahran. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them discover Apple products and services while building strong relationships with the partner’s staff.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the face of Apple within the partner store, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Demonstrate Apple products, accessories, and services to individuals and groups.
• Maintain Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising standards.
• Provide daily care and inspection of store displays, escalating issues when needed.
• Train and support partner staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Promote new promotions, drive brand awareness, and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of retail or sales experience, preferably in a technology environment.
• Passion for helping customers understand how technology can enrich their lives.
• Strong curiosity for continuous learning and sharing knowledge.
• Outstanding customer focus and ability to build relationships.
