Civil & MEP Inspectors – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are seeking experienced Civil and MEP Inspectors to join Surbana Jurong’s infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves on‑site inspection of construction works to ensure compliance with design, specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections for civil (architectural, structural, general) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) works.
• Monitor construction progress, report quality, safety and compliance issues.
• Verify contractor adherence to approved method statements and QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Review material submittals and inspection requests.
• Identify non‑conformances and track corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related).
• 5–10 years of experience in construction supervision or inspection, preferably on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience in GCC/KSA environment is preferred.

Required skills

• Construction inspection and supervision.
• QA/QC processes and documentation.
• Knowledge of international standards for civil and MEP works.
