Civil Site Engineer – Fresh Graduate (Jeddah)

About the role

A contracting company specializing in residential building construction in Jeddah is looking for a fresh‑graduate Civil Site Engineer. The role offers hands‑on experience supervising and executing residential projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor civil and structural works on‑site.
• Verify that all work follows approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate contractors and site workers.
• Assist with quantity take‑offs and review completed work.
• Prepare daily progress and completion reports.
• Coordinate with the project team to resolve technical and site‑related issues.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and occupational health & safety requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Fresh graduate with strong willingness to learn.
• Good knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Willingness to work on construction sites.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
