Cluster Assistant Director of Sales

About the role

As a Cluster Assistant Director of Sales you will support the hotel’s sales strategy and deliver memorable experiences for guests. You will drive revenue across rooms, catering and events while leading a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales within a designated market segment, qualify leads, deliver proposals and close business to meet revenue goals.
• Support strategic sales planning, align activities with the hotel’s commercial strategy and collaborate with the broader team.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, client events and sales calls, maintaining a robust pipeline.
• Build strong relationships with clients, Hilton Worldwide Sales, CVBs and intermediaries; lead site inspections.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze market trends and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Recruit, train, supervise and mentor sales team members, conducting performance evaluations.
