About the role
Repose Cafe is looking for three experienced baristas to join its team in Jeddah. The role is full‑time and focuses on delivering high‑quality coffee and excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso‑based beverages and other specialty drinks
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Work efficiently during peak hours
- Handle cash and card transactions
- Train new team members
Required profile
- At least 1 year of barista experience
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Available for full‑time shifts
Required skills
- Espresso beverage preparation
- Coffee equipment operation and maintenance
- Cash and card transaction handling
- Training new staff members
