Cluster Director of Revenue

About the role

The Cluster Director of Revenue will lead pricing and revenue strategy across multiple hotels, driving market share and profitability through data‑driven decisions. You will shape the overall pricing approach for all market segments and distribution channels while ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for transient, group and corporate segments.
• Produce accurate weekly and monthly forecasts, including 30/60/90‑day and rolling 12‑month updates.
• Manage inventory and pricing across all distribution channels, focusing on brand website performance.
• Conduct price‑elasticity tests, validate competitive set RevPAR forecasts, and update strategic sales plans.
• Analyse STR data, monitor competitor pricing, and adjust tactics to protect market share.
• Lead weekly revenue management meetings, communicating vision, performance metrics and action plans.
• Ensure compliance with company revenue management standards and effective use of RM tools (PMS, CRS, channel managers, rate shoppers, reports).
• Recruit, train and mentor reservations and related staff as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in revenue management or related hotel operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to produce accurate forecasts.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting strategies to senior stakeholders.
