Cluster Sales Manager

About the role

The Cluster Sales Manager drives revenue growth and maximises business opportunities across a portfolio of hotels within the assigned cluster. The role develops new business, maintains strong key‑account relationships, increases market share and meets agreed sales and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets across rooms, meetings, events and catering.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities, conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations and site inspections.
• Negotiate contracts, rates and commercial agreements within approved guidelines.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of corporate, government, leisure, group and MICE accounts, and build strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate with sales, revenue management, marketing, reservations and operations teams to ensure consistent commercial strategies across the cluster.
• Prepare regular sales activity reports, forecasts and pipeline updates, and analyse performance against KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry.
• Previous experience in a Sales Manager or similar commercial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and ability to manage corporate, group and MICE accounts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office.
