Culinary Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Culinary Trainer to lead classroom sessions at our academy in King Abdullah Economic City. The role involves delivering hands‑on instruction in basic culinary techniques, equipment use, and food safety to participants from diverse backgrounds.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions on culinary topics.
• Teach basic culinary techniques, equipment operation, and simple recipe preparation.
• Instruct participants on hygiene, health practices, and professional customer service.
• Provide a fun, conversational learning environment while emphasizing soft‑skill development such as grooming and communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Service or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering training or teaching culinary subjects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic culinary techniques.
• Ability to operate and teach the use of standard culinary equipment.
• Knowledge of recipe development for simple dishes.
• Understanding of food hygiene and health safety standards.
