CMMS Manager – Asset & Maintenance Systems

About the role

The CMMS Manager will lead the implementation, optimisation and day‑to‑day administration of our Computerized Maintenance Management System. Working closely with engineering, maintenance and IT teams, you will ensure data accuracy, system reliability and continuous improvement of maintenance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the CMMS to maintain optimal performance and system configuration.
• Oversee asset management, maintenance scheduling and work‑order processing.
• Ensure accurate data entry, asset hierarchy and system security.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve maintenance efficiency.
• Monitor system usage, generate reports, dashboards and analytics.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programmes using CMMS data.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering and IT for system enhancements.
• Train users and provide technical support.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.
• Manage system upgrades, integrations and vendor coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with CMMS software and maintenance systems.
• Strong knowledge of asset management and maintenance workflows.
• Experience with CMMS platforms such as SAP PM, Maximo or Infor.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in handling large data sets and delivering actionable insights.
• Understanding of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
