Compliance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Compliance Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The role will ensure that all company activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations and internal policies, supporting a culture of ethical conduct.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the implementation of policies and regulatory procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Review internal processes and assess their alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports and submit them to management.
• Communicate with regulatory and supervisory authorities and respond to their inquiries.
• Develop and deliver compliance awareness programs and employee training sessions.
• Track regulatory and legislative updates and assess their impact on the company’s operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in compliance, governance, risk management, or internal control (approximately 2 years).
• Strong understanding of applicable regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
