Compliance Specialist

About the role

We're looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our Compliance team at Moyasar. As a financial company operating in the payments sector and regulated by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), compliance is a key part of how we operate.

Key responsibilities

• Support compliance policies, procedures, and controls in line with SAMA requirements.
• Monitor regulatory updates and assess their impact on the business.
• Conduct compliance reviews, monitoring, and testing.
• Support regulatory reports, filings, and submissions.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to apply regulatory requirements to payment operations and business processes.
• Maintain compliance records and documentation.
• Assist with regulatory inspections, audits, and information requests.
• Participate in compliance investigations and corrective actions.
• Help deliver compliance training and awareness across the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in compliance within fintech, payments, banking, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of SAMA regulations and related regulatory requirements.
• Experience with compliance monitoring, controls, policies, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and capacity to work across different teams.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
