Legal Specialist – Commercial Contracts & Site Lease

About the role

The Legal Specialist will provide timely legal support to ensure compliance, resolve legal matters efficiently, and minimize legal and financial risks for TAWAL projects. This role focuses on commercial contracts, site lease issues, and regulatory compliance across Saudi jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage commercial contracts and site lease agreements.
• Provide legal advice on lease contractual issues and ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulations.
• Maintain contract databases, track deadlines, and monitor case management tools.
• Conduct compliance checks, risk assessments, and support legal document preparation.
• Serve as liaison between site lease teams and legal, handling documentation package compliance.
• Respond to internal contract inquiries and prepare formal legal correspondence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract review, legal drafting, and dispute management.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi laws, regulations and contractual requirements.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
