Consultant – Integration & Value Creation

About the role

The role supports the successful integration of acquired companies and the realization of investment value. It involves developing and executing integration plans, tracking value creation and synergy opportunities, and ensuring alignment with Elm’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate integration plans across functional and operational areas, defining activities, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Identify and assess value creation and synergy opportunities, track initiatives, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support pre‑close integration readiness by assessing requirements, collaborating with investment teams, and developing readiness plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional integration activities with Strategy & Planning, Human Capital, Finance, Technology and other stakeholders.
• Maintain integration progress tracking, performance reporting, and prepare management updates on milestones, risks and actions.
• Identify and assess operational, organizational and execution risks associated with integration activities.
