Consulting Executive Assistant

About the role

Qiyam, a consulting and investment solutions firm focused on the Pilgrim Services sector, is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO and senior leadership. The role combines high‑level administrative support with research and strategic documentation to help drive the company’s mission‑driven initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics aligned with strategic priorities.
• Coordinate engagements with internal teams, government entities, and strategic partners.
• Conduct sector, market and operational research, gathering and analysing qualitative and quantitative data.
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, proposals and other strategic documents.
• Draft professional communications and briefing notes in both Arabic and English, including accurate translations.
• Track action items, dashboards and deliverables to ensure timely execution across projects.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive executive and project information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable role.
• Previous exposure to consulting, strategy or development environments is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, professionalism, reliability and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Required skills

• Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience preparing executive‑level and consulting‑style presentations.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Notion, Miro or Canva (preferred).
