Content & Marketing AI Automation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Content & Marketing AI Automation Specialist to design, create and optimise high‑quality digital communications across Email, SMS, WhatsApp and other channels. You will leverage generative AI tools and data‑driven insights to deliver personalised customer journeys that align with brand standards and privacy regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Create compelling content for Email, SMS, WhatsApp and digital campaigns using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.
• Manage CRM campaigns, customer journeys and marketing automation workflows.
• Develop personalised communications based on AI‑generated insights and audience segmentation.
• Conduct A/B testing, analyse performance metrics and continuously optimise campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, CRM, Design and Data teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Maintain brand consistency while adhering to AI governance and privacy standards.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in content marketing, CRM, marketing automation or digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong background in content strategy, customer engagement and campaign optimisation.
• Preferred experience with CRM/MarTech solutions such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, MoEngage, HubSpot or Marketo.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
