MarCom & Events Associate

About the role

The MarComm & Events Associate will own the end‑to‑end operation of Endeavor Saudi’s community events, supporting a diverse calendar that includes global summits, entrepreneur retreats, networking dinners and workshops. This role offers direct exposure to Saudi Arabia’s dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem and the chance to shape high‑impact experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of the full event calendar, from venue research and selection to on‑site management.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, process invoices and ensure cost‑effective delivery.
• Develop run‑of‑shows, timelines and checklists, coordinating logistics and vendor relationships.
• Negotiate contracts, build a preferred vendor database and oversee on‑ground operations during events.
• Coordinate guest registration, hospitality, live coverage and post‑event evaluations, capturing data in Salesforce.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality or related fields.
• Strong ability to learn from each event cycle and improve processes.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Capacity for risk analysis and proactive problem‑solving.
• Genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable live experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management tools, spreadsheets and Notion (or similar).
• Experience using Salesforce for event data tracking.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini for automation.
