Contract Management Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contract Management Consultant to lead the end‑to‑end management of commercial and contractual agreements. This 1‑year contract position offers the chance to work closely with legal, finance, procurement and business teams to ensure contracts are optimized, compliant and risk‑controlled.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from drafting through execution to close‑out.
• Review, analyse and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Ensure contracts meet legal, financial and regulatory requirements.
• Identify contractual risks, provide advisory to stakeholders and support mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement and business units on contract‑related matters.
• Assist with contract audits, dispute resolution and claims management.
• Develop and implement contract management processes and best practices.
• Monitor contract performance, obligations and deliverables, and report insights to management.

Required profile

• Jordanian national (preferred) and available to join immediately.
• 10+ years of experience in contract management, legal advisory or commercial roles.
• Strong background in contracts, legal frameworks and finance/audit.
• Previous experience with Big 4 firms is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, IACCM/WorldCC, CFA or similar are advantageous.
