Contracts Lead

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Contracts Lead to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts across infrastructure, civil engineering and airport projects. You will work closely with project teams, clients, subcontractors and legal counsel to ensure contractual compliance and mitigate commercial risk.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintain an organized contract repository and track milestones, obligations and deliverables.
• Identify, assess and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
• Advise project teams on contract terms, liability, claims and change management.
• Collaborate with legal counsel on complex disputes and claims resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract‑related issues.
• Support project managers with claim submissions, variation orders and contractual correspondence.
• Prepare and present commercial reports, risk assessments and recommendations to senior management.
• Mentor junior contracts and commercial staff and promote best‑practice processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPCM or CCM are preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of contract management experience, preferably in infrastructure, civil engineering or airport projects.
• Proven expertise in contract negotiation, administration and risk management.
