About the role
ARM Groups is seeking a motivated Cook to join its hospitality team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals while ensuring the highest standards of food quality and hygiene. This is a full‑time permanent role within a dynamic hotel/restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen workstations.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet company standards.
- Manage inventory of perishable items and report shortages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
Required profile
- Valid Iqama and transferable Iqama.
- Minimum one year of relevant cooking experience.
- Bachelor’s degree as specified in the job requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
