General Manager – Specialty Coffee / F&B

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the overall business operations and growth of an established specialty coffee and food‑and‑beverage business in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role will drive revenue, profitability and customer experience while expanding the brand’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall business operations, strategy and performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue, profitability and growth targets.
• Drive sales, business development, partnerships and market expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, suppliers and industry stakeholders.
• Utilise an established Saudi F&B network to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across stores, teams and business functions.
• Monitor sales, revenue, costs, profitability and key business KPIs.
• Lead and develop Store Managers, Operations, Sales and support teams.
• Ensure consistent brand standards, product quality, customer experience and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in the Saudi F&B market.
• Strong commercial and sales capabilities.
• Well‑established network across the specialty coffee and broader F&B industry.
• Ability to drive business growth and operational performance.
