Country Director – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Country Director to lead Agoda’s growth and operations across Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East & Africa region. Reporting to global leadership, you will shape the company’s market strategy, drive business development and ensure the delivery of our travel and hospitality services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth and market strategy based on data, customer insights and product capabilities.
• Identify market trends, opportunities and structural challenges to inform commercial priorities and product direction.
• Align regional plans with Agoda’s long‑term vision, platform roadmap and investment priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, travel agencies and ecosystem partners.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to optimise performance, revenue and market share.
• Represent Agoda with key stakeholders, government bodies and industry associations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in travel, hospitality or e‑commerce markets.
• Proven track record of driving growth in the Middle East and Africa.
• Strong negotiation and partnership development skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
• Ability to lead and inspire multicultural teams.
