Creative Designer

About the role

Star, a fast‑growing human capability development company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Creative Designer who lives and works with AI. You will be the visual engine behind four distinct brands – Star, StarCert, StarSpaces and StarSociety – creating everything from social media graphics to UI/UX screens while maintaining each brand’s unique voice.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media content, digital campaigns and marketing collateral for all four brands.
• Produce event assets such as presentations, signage and promotional materials.
• Create UI/UX designs for StarCert and StarSpaces digital products, including wireframes and user flows.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple brand identities.
• Drive high‑volume creative output through AI‑powered workflows and continuously explore new AI design tools.
• Collaborate closely with communications, marketing and product teams.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing digital content, brand design and UI/UX work (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of professional design experience.
• AI‑native creative process – AI tools are central to your workflow.
• Sharp aesthetic sensibility and ability to switch between different brand personalities.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma
• Claude Design or similar AI design tools
• UI/UX design, wireframing and user‑flow creation
