About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages in Riyadh. The role involves interacting with customers in Arabic and English, handling inquiries, complaints and orders, and acting as a liaison between customers and the company. You will ensure accurate documentation of all interactions and meet performance targets related to call handling time and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in Arabic and English.
- Provide accurate information about products, services and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure a positive experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, satisfaction scores and resolution rates.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call‑center role is preferred.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software.
Required skills
- Bilingual Arabic‑English communication.
- Proficiency with standard computer applications.
