About the role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and deliver exceptional support to our customers. The position works on a shift‑based schedule with Fridays off, and involves handling inquiries across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls, chats and emails, addressing their requests promptly.
- Provide accurate product or service information and resolve issues and complaints.
- Follow up on open cases to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
- Enter and update customer data and interaction details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to maintain a high‑quality customer experience.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a call‑center environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts with a fixed weekly day off on Friday.
