About the role

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer‑focused Remote Customer Support Agent to join our team. This entry‑level position assists customers with questions, account needs, orders, service requests, and routine issue resolution using approved communication channels. No prior professional experience is required; training and ongoing guidance will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing accurate information and following approved scripts.
• Create, update, and close support tickets while maintaining clear case notes and tracking status.
• Assist with routine account updates, order status checks, and authorized changes.
• Enter and maintain customer data in company systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Follow troubleshooting procedures to resolve common issues and escalate complex cases appropriately.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other departments, providing updates on pending or unresolved requests.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, patient demeanor.
• Basic computer and typing proficiency, attention to detail, and ability to follow established procedures.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.

Required skills
