Customer Service Specialist

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist will work on‑site in Riyadh, handling client inquiries through phone, email and face‑to‑face interactions. The role focuses on delivering accurate information, resolving issues promptly and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and in person, providing product and service information.
• Resolve issues, document interactions and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate internal teams when needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve the overall customer experience.
• Maintain professional communication standards and adhere to company policies.
• Provide feedback to enhance customer service processes.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and support abilities with a focus on satisfaction.
• Professional phone etiquette and clear verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Riyadh, manage time efficiently and handle multiple requests in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles within financial services or investment sectors is preferred.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
